New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients
6 slices bacon, diced
2 onions, chopped
32 ounces clams, canned, drained
6 teaspoons garlic, minced
6 potatoes, cubed
3 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
26 ounces evaporated milk, canned
Directions
- Sauté bacon and onion in a skillet.
- Add to slow cooker with all remaining ingredients, except evaporated milk.
- Cover; cook on Low 6-8 hours or High 2-4 hours.
- Add milk during the last hour of cooking.
Slow Cooker Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, italian sausage, or other favorite meat combo
- 1 (8 ounce) package rigatoni pasta
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup (we think this is optional)
- 2 (14 ounce) jars pizza sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni sausage
Directions (don’t forget the crock-pot liner)
- - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 6 to 8 minutes slightly firm; drain and set aside. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off grease.
- - In slow cooker, alternate layers of ground beef, noodles, cheese, soup, sauce and pepperoni.
